I had a dead-end corridor, away from any points of interest, that I was going to expand from. Settlers have found beds on both floors (beds allocated) but they do not appear to be able to physically walk up the stairs. I have a Residential block built over two floors, connected via the same stair type. I've seen this from time to time with my custom placed settlements, where an NPC has trouble pathing, but all Vault stuff click together, so pathing should be a no brainer. She'd then chat to Clem like they were right next to each other. Then, when she was supposed to walk to the "experiments" taking place directly below her, she'd just walk to that spot, but not go down the stairs first. ![]() I had to sit down and wait, to enable the Overseer to "warp" to her desk, as she'd not walk there. ![]() Settlers appear totally unable to negotiate these stairs. ![]() However, I built my Overseers Office up one level, connecting the ground floor via one of those stairways that double-back on themselves. In my main flat area, Settlers wander between rooms without issue.
